Ive tried speaking live support about this issue but seem to not be able to get them to understand my issue. From what i can see you guys are running a rio carnival promotion and you advertise 1 coin for every 1 dollar deposited and 1 coin for every 2 dollars wagered. I have deposited at least 1000 dollars this week and have wagered a total of 67,000 dollars yet somehow have a total of 39 rio coins. I should have roughly 35000 rio coins. Since the promotion started whenever i click the claim now button i only get 8 or 9 coins regardless of my deposit or wager amounts. Clearly either i have a total misunderstanding of how coins are earned or my account is not being credited correctly. Can someone from support please take a look at this please?
